Manufacturing Terms of Service
Effective Date: January 1, 2024
These terms govern custom manufacturing orders, cylinder plate tooling, proofs, and international delivery contracts with QINPACK.
1. Production Tolerances
Standard dimensional tolerances on converted pre-made pouches are ±1.0 mm for pouch width and height, and ±0.5 mm for zipper track positioning. Total delivered quantity may vary by ±5% for commercial rotogravure runs, with invoiced totals adjusted accordingly.
2. Color Matching & Prepress Approval
Mass production commences only after client approval of digital GMG color contract proofs or physical press proofs. Color matching follows Delta-E < 1.5 against approved color swatches.
3. Warranty & Quality Claims
QINPACK warrants all pouches against delamination, seal separation, and pinholes when stored and handled under specified conditions (15°C–25°C, 35%–65% RH).
