The Degassing Valve Pouch is engineered specifically for freshly roasted specialty coffee beans and active fermented botanicals. Freshly roasted coffee continuously emits carbon dioxide (CO2) gas for weeks after roasting. Without a vent, bags will balloon and burst; with an ordinary hole, oxygen enters and causes staling. QINPACK ultrasonically welds genuine Wipf or Goglio one-way degassing valves directly into the front or back panel. The internal membrane valve cracks open at 2.5–4.5 mbar pressure to vent excess gas, then seals airtight against incoming oxygen.
