8-Step Packaging Manufacturing Lifecycle

From initial barrier calculation to container arrival at your port, every milestone is documented.

Phase 01

1. Specs & Barrier Consultation

What You Provide:

Target pouch format (stand-up, flat bottom, spout, etc.), dimensions, contents (oily, acidic, liquid, powder), and target shelf life.

What QINPACK Does:

Our packaging engineers analyze gas transmission needs (OTR/WVTR) and propose optimized film layer recipes (e.g. PET/AL/PE, PET/VMPET/PE, Mono-PE).

Factory Tip:If you aren't sure about barrier specs, tell us your ingredient list and target shelf life. We calculate the exact required barrier levels.

Phase 02

2. Transparent Factory Quotation

What You Provide:

Feedback on MOQ tiers (e.g., 500 pcs digital vs. 10,000 pcs rotogravure) and delivery port.

What QINPACK Does:

Provide itemized direct factory pricing with cylinder plate fees (if gravure), production lead times, and estimated ocean/air freight charges.

Factory Tip:We clearly outline digital printing vs. rotogravure pricing so you can balance initial tooling cost against per-unit savings.

Phase 03

3. Vector Dieline & Artwork Prepress

What You Provide:

Your brand artwork files placed on our official vector dielines (Adobe Illustrator AI or PDF).

What QINPACK Does:

Prepress engineers inspect bleed, trap lines, minimum font point size, barcode contrast, white ink underlay, and gloss/matte spot separations.

Factory Tip:We provide official custom dielines with gusset fold indicators, zipper positions, and tear notch markers free of charge.

Phase 04

4. GMG Proofing & Physical Prototype

What You Provide:

Final approval of electronic PDF proofs or physical sample bags.

What QINPACK Does:

Produce calibrated GMG digital color proofs or ship real pre-production pouch samples for drop testing, heat sealing, and filling line trials.

Factory Tip:Testing real prototypes on your automatic packing or filling equipment guarantees trouble-free mass production.

Phase 05

5. Cleanroom Printing & Lamination

What You Provide:

Production green light.

What QINPACK Does:

Class 100,000 cleanroom printing (10-color gravure or HP Indigo), followed by Nordmeccanica solventless lamination and 48h curing chamber solidifying.

Factory Tip:Because all converting occurs in-house in Haizhu, Guangzhou, our ERP system logs every roll number and curing timestamp.

Phase 06

6. Pouch Converting & ASTM Testing

What You Provide:

Nothing — handled in our certified lab.

What QINPACK Does:

Converting on Totani servo bag machines, ultrasonic spout welding, followed by ASTM D3078 bubble emission vacuum leak tests and seal tensile pulls.

Factory Tip:Zero leaks is our strict baseline. Any roll or bag with micro-pinholes is rejected before reaching packing.

Phase 07

7. Seaworthy Packing & Port Export

What You Provide:

Customs consignee details and preferred incoterm (FOB, CIF, or DDP door delivery).

What QINPACK Does:

Double-walled heavy cartons with inner sealed PE liners, palletized and shrink-wrapped with corner boards, direct port dispatch from Guangzhou or Shenzhen.

Factory Tip:DDP delivery allows you to receive palletized cartons directly at your warehouse with all import duties and customs cleared.

8. Long-Term Reorder Consistency

What You Provide:

Inventory reorder signal and new flavor/SKU additions.

What QINPACK Does:

We store your engraved cylinders, color profiles, and technical dielines permanently in our library for rapid repeat production.

Factory Tip:Repeat runs skip the dieline and prepress review stages, cutting production time down to 10–12 business days.

Cleanroom Converting

10-color gravure or HP digital printing, solventless lamination, 48h curing, and Totani bag forming.

Stage 0414 – 28 Days (Ocean)

Global Port Transit

Direct container dispatch from Guangzhou Huangpu or Shenzhen Yantian ports; Air cargo express available (4-7 days).
